First dreams

We, Japanese, believe that something good will be happened if good first dream can be seen in the New Year. Good first dream... Mt. Fuji is No.1, hawk is No.2 and eggplant is No.3.

Everyone but me dreamed about eggplant.
Yesterday, I prepared a picture of a treasure ship before going to bed.
We all laid it under our pillow.
"Dream about eggplant!," I said.

This morning, I asked my kids.
"Did you dream about eggplant?"
"Yes. It tickled me under my armpit," Yuri said.
"Yes. It ate many vegetables and grew taller. It was able to reach a light," Airi said.
Kaoru dreamed about dreaming about eggplant... hmm.
Only I didn't.

Bed with poles.

They looked like very very happy.
Airi got in bed with their poles last night.
They practice hard aloso today.
They can hardly wait for snow.
Need another set?

We posted New Year's cards at last.

Prepare to ski.

We went to sports shop, and bought a ski set for my twins (4 years old).
Skies, poles, bindings and boots.
Twins, but only one set.
We think they don't have enough stamina, so it's enough to use them by turns.

They trained on a carpet at once, and enjoyed.
If you're skilled, we'll buy another!
